By accessing or using DentistrySync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. DentistrySync is a SaaS platform designed for dental clinic management, operated at dentistrysync.com.
DentistrySync provides a multi-clinic dental patient management platform including patient registration, appointment scheduling, treatment tracking, payment management, medical history, imaging, and medical tests. Each clinic receives a unique URL for their patient portal.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Clinic owners are responsible for the data entered by their staff and patients within their clinic portal. You must be at least 18 years old to create a clinic account.
DentistrySync offers a subscription plan at $19.99 per month. New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to up to 20 patients. No prepayment is required to start the free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Each clinic's data is fully isolated from other clinics. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to dental clinic management. You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clinics' data; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) upload malicious files or content; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DentistrySync and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service.
DentistrySync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
