Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

DentistrySync offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. During the free trial, you can add up to 20 patients and access all platform features. No payment information or prepayment is required to start the free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without any charge.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. To cancel your subscription, contact us at [email protected].

3. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with DentistrySync. Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

• If you were charged after cancelling your subscription before the billing date
• If there was a billing error or duplicate charge
• If the Service was significantly unavailable during your billing period due to issues on our end
• If you request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for: (a) partial months of service; (b) requests made more than 30 days after the charge; (c) accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
